Unfortunately, you need to provide video evidence in order for them to be punished. Make sure to read the reporting guidelines as well.

No you need video you take a photo and hes falling in the void and you couldpass it as flying
Screenshots are fine for language/skin etc. reports.

What if a report is not closed in a week, because i'm waiting for respons on my reports for 4 days now. Can i message a staff member to look at it or just wait?
When staff members are handling reports, the oldest reports are being displayed first, meaning that they will come to every report eventually. :) You can message a staff member, but I doubt this will speed up the process.
