Didn't get a single cubelet for a half a year

So, didn't get any cubelet on java since july, or even earlier, but support team on a discord server told me that i just have a bad luck, and i even did a rough screenshot of that massage

. Now i can't even find this messages from me and from support team, perhaps they deleted it. And now i saw on a changelog channel that they fixed not obtaining cubelets at the end of the games!

I've been playing a lot since then, and didn't get any default and event cubelets because of this "bug" that was here all this time. I don't know how to feel about this. It feels like they should've give some compensation to all those players who didn't get cubelets. What do you think about this?
