Hi everyone,
I hope you are all doing well.
I am writing this post because I purchased a Lifetime Rank a long time ago on CubeCraft, and I would like to know if it is possible to transfer it or update it to my new username/account.
Due to some personal changes, I no longer use the old account/username, but I would really love to keep enjoying the perks of the rank I bought on my current one, since I’ve been a loyal player of the network for years.
I have all the necessary information to verify my ownership of the purchase, including the transaction ID, receipt, and details of the old account, which I can provide privately to any staff member or support agent who handles these cases.
Could someone from the staff team guide me on how to proceed with this request? (Should I open a official support ticket, email support, or can it be handled here?)

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer ranks or other data between accounts. If you would like to continue using the perks, you will have to use your old account that holds the rank, or get a subscription rank for your new account at https://store.cubecraft.net/.

Hey, Sorry to tell you that this is not quite possible because as you know that cc have recently changed the rank systems from lifetime to Quarterly. Thank you
