Video 1 - In my opinion, the video you have does show the guy hitting you without missing which is quite strange but does not seem like enough evidence Let me know whether the report was successful.

Video 2 - That video, in my opinion, will not get accepted if you were to report, for me it feels like there is not enough evidence on the video as well, even less than the first video.

*NOTE: I do not play with Illegal Modifications and I will never dare to ruin the gameplay experience for myself or other players :)*
