Using Mods To Catch Hackers

Simple Question: Am I allowed to use a mod like PIP (Picture In Picture) to show a hacker's point of view in order to have more evidence against them?

I think it's a lot simpler if you just record and leave the rest to us, maybe if can find out how to record in high FPS to then slow motion the parts where you think they are cheating, that would be a lot more helpful.

Spectator mode is only for when you die, and I would rather record in 3rd person rather than 1st person, as it can only be one or the other. What I'm trying to say is that I can't have both at the same time using the spectator features. For when I'm alive and I want to see the "hacker's" POV is what I was talking about using the mod for.
