[Suggestion] - 1.8 PVP

Lucky islands there is no version of it in 1.8..

I'd be happy if u also add a 1.8 version of lucky islands,
Because i dont really like the way of 1.9 PVP

And there used to be 1.8 Lucky islands and i just want that back ya know.

No, because most blocks/commands are for 1.9
In the past you were able to join a 1.8 game while playing in 1.9
I don't want This because you can give 1.9 a try, the pvp is awesome.

1- The plugin for the blocks might not work...
2- Alot of maps would get removed or have to be edited

It should still be in 1.9 but they just add a 1.8 classic pvp option, like what they did with eggwars

Well since it's vanilla combat you can't really 'disable' it and get the old one lol. You must mean recreate the old style in 1.9. Cube is the only server I've seen with this kind of plugin (classic mode in the pvp lobby) and I think it works well. Other servers use a protocol hack, meaning they're on an older version, it's not a plugin.

There is no PvP plugin, there's a 1.8 network with old combat and a 1.9 network with new combat.

Correct, but also incorrect. Right click the compass, click on Pvp, then check the mannequins on the right.

keep in mind that this game also has a resource pack which was updated to 1.9+ and may not work in 1.8 any more

No, because most blocks/commands are for 1.9.

But the other problem i see is this requires a major overhaul and recoding, even if accepted itll be a long time before we see this in play

Even the mod its based of of is not from 1.8 so plugin would not work either...
Even when Mc-Legends had it they had to upgrade because its impossible
