There are regularly people who play bowspam, which is rather annoying because 9 out of 10 times they win because of what they are not allowed to do and they are not punished, and I think they should be punished for it.

It's a tactic, just like rushing etc. It's easily countered and if you really dont want to fight bowspammers then just leave

As for the suggestion itself: No. Definitely no. Bowspamming is a tactic and shouldn't be punished. Like it or not it's a part of PvP so you just gotta deal with it.

bowspamming is a way to pvp someone. it is perfectly legit and it shall not/will not be punished. if you find that irritating, you just have to accept it and maybe find your own way to deflect against it (without using a client of course).
