Yes, it's a strategy, if someone does this it means they are a crewmate and I can clear them out of my sus list.
But for real, this is NOT a strategy. People who do this are just bored with being a crewmate and want to get voted out so they can leave the game and keep the high impostor chance. I don't really mind tho, as it's basically free reports, and if the impostors know what they're doing, they will win no matter how many trolls call a meeting to get voted out.
