Being a player who hates cheaters, I would denounce him. And if it was a little cheating, it will be a short time. And if it's really a big cheat, I think it's very important to report them, friend or not. After that, if his cheating doesn't affect the other players, I don't think.

this is such a difficult choice! i guess it would depend on if there a good friend or not
depends really... if they're close to me then ill keep it anonymous but its the other way around if they are just some accomplice
When it comes to cheating and any other rule breaking I have two very simple rules. I’m going to treat others like I want them to treat me. And I would rather have people hate me for something I am (for example bad at a game), than for people to love me for something I am not (for example using clients in-game to be better).
So in the end the more fitting question would be why is that player even my friend...? I think that answers it.

I love it so much. this also probably encourages other people to play, because it's easier to get on the leaderboard. and if you're top 50, and get bumped down to 51, then you're still on the leaderboard.
