Problems with monitor

So,
Hey everyone!

My exams are finally over, and YESS, my new computer is here. Well, it isn't new, but the graphic card got upgraded.
lol yeah, I could've seen this coming: I have 2 monitors, the primary one works, but the second one always says "no input signal"

* Drivers are newest
* Yes, yes, all cables are connected


HELP :(

Yes, before it was working just fine. I think a few weeks ago I also had this problem (And I couldn't open Minecraft :O ), then I just reïnstalled the drivers and it worked, but now not anymore

One thing to check is, is the 2nd moniter new? If it is i think i may know the issue, also what OS are you using

Does the cable connect well?
