New Punishable Offenice

Make targeting a new offense. Mainly for assassins but pvp should apply. It's super annoying when someone in diamond armor is literally following you and won't let you even play. And in FFA when they keep spam hitting you and annoying the bjesus out of you.

How it would work. If you have evidence of them following you and killing you at least more than twice and you have warned then they get the following

1st Offence (Warning) -> 2nd Offence (Ban for a day or two?) -> 3rd Offence (Week Ban?) 4th Offence -> (Perm Ban)

It's not really fair to say that you can't kill a specific person. It's also hard to prove in Assassins, considering you might just be that person's target. That's gonna be a no from me.

It's not fair that I cant play the game without a diamond armor guy following me constantly.
It's ridiculous. It takes so much even to survive it's not worth it. He probably was one of the only lucky ones. And this is a game of 4 players.
Imagine the craziness with 50. Oh, wait I can. Lasted 10 seconds. No joke.

Honestly, agree with Tacos here. You could be that person target. If you're so annoyed by the same guy chasing you, go to another warp, get some stuff and fight them. Or you can go on after the reset and get diamond gear so you can fight anyone doing this. You can't prove if you're their target or not.

This is actually such a dumb suggestion, think about it. You can literally just join a different lobby, lol, besides that how could somebody killing someone all over again without any hacks be punishable? Bad suggestion.

As a former moderator and somebody who uses the Archer kit in FFA (which has led to MASS targeting from teams), this rule would be absolutely awful to both comply with and enforce. Staff will have to question the legitimacy of every single targeting report, having to sit through tons of video footage to understand the full context. For all they know, the footage given could be of an ongoing feud between two players, one that the reporter themselves started.

Also, if you have say, diamond armour in Assassins, you shouldn't be entitled to immortality on the grounds that the only people who can kill you are understandably trying to. Is it fair to tell somebody that they're not allowed to kill the one person that'd be worth their time to kill, and ban them if they do so anyways? Either adapt and overcome them or retreat. The mere existence of poison potions in Assassins and the Wizard & Archer kits in FFA make repeat targeting a non-issue.

Do you literally mean every single player in that server, or at least like half? if so, then it's likely just people running around killing whoever.

On the big chance that it's just a person or two that's always killing you:
How would you go about proving this? The report site limits the length of a video to 5 minutes, and that's obviously not enough to prove this problem you have. On top of that, even if you managed to cut it down to 5 minutes, people could just as easily frame someone for targeting because of cutting your video to make it look like so. Not to mention, we don't know what could've caused this behavior prior to recording ourselves either. For all we know, you could've been trying to kill them again and again, to the point where they'd just kill you on sight.
I'm not even quite sure why people would target you, to be completely honest. The only thing I can think of, outside of gameplay, is posting messages about it in the chat, further giving them the tendency to do so. As you know, people will definitely go the extra mile to get a "fun" reaction out of someone.
If the game is genuinely unplayable due to the targeting, I suggest you just switch to a different FFA/assassins game. Nobody but you has to do it, and there's no problems with it on either side (most of the time).

If truly EVERYONE is killing you, could could always switch lobbies. Getting killed is part of the game though.
