No I had 50-60 FPS in both version but since I the driver update I have 1-15FPS in both versions (1.8 and 1.9). I think that the problem is caused by the driver, videos are not syncronized too sometimes.

I've solved my problem after 3 days of hard work (and a simple solution).
After the driver update my minecraft started running with my other video driver from intel that is very bad, I made java and minecraft run with the nvidia driver but only now I'm using the nvidia driver as default for all programs. And now Minecraft is running with nvidia driver again.
Sorry for any sintaxe error (my original language isn't English). THANK'S TO EVERYONE THAT TRYED TO HELP ME.
