I know how much players like to chase other players. They don't like chasing players.
It would not be a fun game in my opinion considering chasing is not fun in other games.

Um u said teams but .. how exactle will there be a teams mode?

Evil Potatoes should have a Speed boost of 20% since it'll be hard for them to chase other players if they are going at the same pace. Good potatoes should get effects like Blindness,Slowness and Nausea. This will make it more fairer.
The maps would be very chaotic, because of the 40 player count BUT it will be fitting since it will be equally chaotic, however the maps must be big enough to make a Evil Potato turn into a burnt one.
