Although he could've explained it much better, the system actually changed for the better. From what was said, a lot of us believed that we'd only be able to win 10 duels per day regardless of who you duel. The actual system prevents you from getting over 10 wins a day per player you're fighting, meaning fighting the same player 11 times can only get you 10 wins. This just prevents you from farming wins off of a single player (any other stats also stop counting after 10 wins per player).
They made scum reportable despite 77% of votes being no? That's taking pandering to kids at the expense of the community to the extreme.
