This is what ppl complained about when the ability to see someone's lvl by hovering over their name was added. Tryhards (the only ppl who care about lvl and no life the server to get a high one) call others noobs for having a lower one.

Ayeloh used to play on a server called Symbiotic but he got banned for farming time on a weekly leaderboard for the most active players in-game.

(I don't have the screenshot on hand but he was active for about a whole week in a row.)

I'm guessing that server doesn't have a plugin that autokicks afk players if they idle for a certain amount of time.
