Coding I runned MC at 60FPS and now I run with 3FPS HELP PLZ URGENT

Hello! 1.9.2 Optifine came out and I downloaded it, when I started the game java crashed like in optifine 1.9 (for me). So I started searching in my pc and I found that I had a NVidia driver update (I HATE YOU SO MUCH NVIDIA) I updated it.


Since then minecraft doesn't crash anymore with optifine but my FPS are always 1-15FPS (even without optifine) and it is really annoying I CAN'T PLAY ANYTHING. (Before this I played with 50-65fps without optifine).



I'VE DONE EVERYTHING I COULD (reinstalled java,low video settings,Razer Cortex, EVERYTHING). I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE

UPDATE: I've read that it can be High CPU usage, I don't know if that is my case because this just happened after the driver update. But know with the old version of the driver I'm still lagging to (and even YT videos are slow sometimes)

That was before the driver update.

I'm in cubecraft now, and in the lobby I'm with 10-25FPS but in the skywars lobby with just 2-6 fps

Then update the driver to the newest version now, because my method didn't work for you.

I'm doing that now, I realized that my CPU usage with minecraft opened was 50-60% and memory was 80-90%, with minecraft closed CPU was at 8% and memory 65%

I don't know what to do anymore... Even YT videos are slow (Sound is not syncronized with video). Trying to update drivers one last time.
