Java Get a *PING* when your friend messages you.

Don't you know the feeling when you're watching a youtube video, reporting someone or just scrolling through threads on the forums and you realize one of your friends has used /fmsg to contact you? Your friend might feel ignored, and they could keep asking the same question over and over. Anyway, if we'd get a ping when a friend messages us, we'd know if someone's messaged us, so that the friend won't feel annoyed/ignored. I hate to say it, but, for sure, this would be toggleable since we can also enable and disable whether we get a ping when someone mentions our name in the chat. Who agrees?

1. Unfortunately, I didn't.
2. My suggestion is for messages sent via /fmsg.
