Hey Bedrock CubeCrafters!

Part of our plans for 2021 was to implement a resource pack for our Bedrock network - we're proud to be showing this off today! It's a bit short for now, but we have some exciting plans regarding this!

Scoreboards!

We've done a few touchups for our scoreboard - after seeing what we could do with scoreboards using a resource pack, and it looks a lot cleaner! We've added icons for each game, removed the numbers at the end and made the scoreboards be rounded instead of a square! The main lobby also includes our logo as a title! Take a look:

Hey CubeCrafters!

It's been a while since our last community talk - but we're happy to let you know that we have another one being hosted soon! We've got a few topics that we want to bounce off of some people before pushing forward anywhere. On the agenda we have the following:

- Shields: Younisco, why are you talking about shields...? Who cares? >_> Well, there's a bit of an issue that has arisen when going through bug reports. In 1.9, shields do around a 2/3 damage reduction when blocking against melee attacks, like from swords and axes, but you still receive a (reduced) knockback. However, in 1.11, shields now block 100% damage, and you take no knockback. This has been a bit of a problem when considering both Java and Bedrock, where the PvP styles are completely different, yet shields have the same functionality. We want to have a bit of an open conversation about this, and discuss potential solutions. There would be a separate poll for Java and Bedrock, and I'd likely run a poll on the...

Today we are releasing a major update to our rules for all our platforms.

I want to thank all community members, our partners, and our moderation team for their feedback and suggestions.

Right now, the English version of the rules has been updated, and versions in all supported languages will be added soon.

Hey all,

Today I thought about making a thread where everyone can show off their pet(s). I guess you could kind of think of it as a sort of introduction thread but for your pet(s)?

The reason why I came up with this idea was because I do have pets myself, and I'd really love to know more about what sort of pets you all have!

If you'd like you can provide a description as well, including your pet's name, age, and just a little biography :)

I'll start:

This is Tex, she's 2 years old, She's a kakariki which literally means 'small parrot' and that's what she is! Her favorite food is sunflower seeds and she knows one word: 'hello'. Furthermore she also acts as my alarm clock for 7 in the morning and her main task is giving kisses, chilling on my shoulder, eating, and giving the cleaning lady a heart attack every time Tex tries to be social with her and flies at her to sit on her head!
