a) The ninja kit already has it, so we can probably just copy code.
b) Don't know why it isn't there.


Also follow-up suggestion: make it so that the TNT instantly recharges upon respawning, like every other ability.

timer should have been there a lot of time ago, reespawning with the tnt might be strong, but it would be fair
