Maybe a fly hacker flew to a village and got them from a chest? You can find everything but the iron trapdoor (which is craftable with items you can get in a village) in villages.

Are you sure? It most likely works like the chests in the map, why would they bother making it region based ;) but I'm not sure on this, just a guess.
