Im not sure what that is, but I will report it. It looks like something from the flatworld surrounding the assassins lobby maybe?
Maybe a fly hacker flew to a village and got them from a chest? You can find everything but the iron trapdoor (which is craftable with items you can get in a village) in villages.
I'm pretty sure what hgbf said is about right, and I'm pretty sure this is a one time thing ;) GG though xD

Are you sure? It most likely works like the chests in the map, why would they bother making it region based ;) but I'm not sure on this, just a guess.
