Unbalanced Teams

For some reason, teams in games like Control Point can START unbalanced. There should be like a team switcher like Block Wars.

Maybe make it so that the max players per team when selecting = 50% of players in the lobby, not max player limit?

It makes the game uninteresting for the other team. I mean, if a game is too easy, it would be boring right? Think about it.

Especially since the game is to kill people. I mean, if you kill someone and then they leave, there should be a way to keep track of that. Otherwise, it makes the game dumb :P.

Everyone starts with 50 Karma. If you often leave your Karma will drop. If you play much games, and you say often gg your Karma will raise to a max of 100.
