Ok, the problem is that I found a little of a spelling error in the Tower Defense shop for the Necromancer Tower, there are 2 path 1's, but no path 2? https://imgur.com/a/IpAUJmg
My solution, as every other tower is set up in the shop, fix the error and make the snowman path 2, and the shulker path 1 as it is supposed to be.
