Sorry if I didn't go in details, Yes it isn't just about maturity, its about responsibility, being online for a lot, how many people you've reported and much more!

@zRinne became a helper just about weeks/months ago, and so did @TheZigbot9000 get promoted from helper to mod!

It doesnt really work like that.. Rinne got
accepted as helper... Yes but TheZigBot9000 and other Moderators as DontYouDare and DutchLemur where last month or the month before still Helpers... Helpers get a 1 month test time to see if they're able to handle the Job as an Moderator some take more some take less... ;) Also Camezonda and Reddog37 became helpers some days earlier than Rinne :/ so what you're saying doesnt make sence...

Less applications get accepted than that. Generally, the interview is meant so it prevents someone who is mature when typing, but easily collapses under stress from becoming a staff member. However, an interview being denied is rare. If a staff member would like to correct me on this, feel free.

We, players, can't really know because they don't announce who is getting interviews. I'm pretty sure that they ask not to tell everyone if you're invited for the interview.

@mateu9999 Actually what I'm saying does make sense, due to @Mac giving a tip by saying that "there is a next wave of promotions" and a wave means a whole week or so.

LITERALLY thousands of people apply for multiple staff positions... If they tell everyone they got denied,
1. You may be confused with their feedback
2. You might be mad with their feedback
3. You might ask questions about your feedback which takes even more time
4. They don't have the time or patience to deal with people when they have all these reports coming in at the moment

We, players, can't really know because they don't announce who is getting interviews.

They can already see that you're mature from your application.. If you dont act normal and mature on your interview pretty sure you'll get denied .-.

Why don't you even say denied ? The players will learn their faults and will look into their application. They will find their mistake so they will be better in the future and become a great staff member.

I know but their are also many staff members who can say it
