We'll as said by @Aimee2323 , if it is possible to respond to the players, we may receive hate, anger, more negative feedback than positive.
They would start wanting to know where they go wrong.
The more we tell the more they want something else.

Also I wonder while you are staff on the server and have a job that you need to be away from home for 3 months without wifi and you will have 3 months vacation. You will still be staff as you get 3 months to be on the server everyday to support everyone, handle the reports etc...

It can be tough juggling through minecraft and your job/school but I'm sure they will notice your dedication and efforts.

They really need to do this. I believe it is very important to have reasoning and to inform the player that they have been denied. It may be too many people to answer to but hey, applications are open for a short time, might as well everyone give their full attention to it!

Sorry for not putting this under the same response, my mobile phone hates me and is secretly plotting its vengeance against me.
We can not tell you when the next set of staffs are being selected, simply because there is not set timing for it.
Even if there is, we do not want to discourage players who weren't chosen. Hope this clears that question.

1thing the staff can just write down accepted or denied that would make it easy for us to see if we are accepted and otherwise that we will learn what we did wrong.What i said is also easy for the staff just 1word can make a word different.
May I ask. How long did it take you before you got accepted? Just wondering since as they receiving so much everyday it might take long this time.

Rinne hasnt been long on the Forums but I believe she was Staff on an other server so she got accepted quicker than other applicants... Also shes is very mature and helpful it doesnt matter how long you've been but how good you are for the job...

It is easy as you get 3 month vacation. If you still want to support the server then you would actually focus them both. When you go to land some were around in the world you can use your laptop to enter the server :D

I have figured out that every wave of promotions might be every 4 months, and In these 4 months they would choose a set of people they would interview and choose the ones who are mature and honest upon these set of people. In conclusion, this occurs every 4 months, however they choose about a specific amount of people (maybe 10-20) and when they do so they promote Helpers or Mods that should be promoted!

Ehm do think so... First of all the interview could be taken place any moment... And I believe that you'll get a reply after 1 week after your interview...

@mateu9999 I really have to disagree there, due to @zRinne applying from 4 months ago and got accepted now, and at the same day @TheZigbot9000 got promoted.
