1.8 goes insanely fast as it is...
1.9 is only a bit slower but still is fast pace...
Its super unnessisry...

I mean this is all happening on teams really...
There are some maps that require ender pearls if you want to get to mid like Candy...

All they need to do is bing mid closer

Sylvaly has another good point here, every map should be abled to access mid and other islands quickly.
Cube's maps are camper friendly, especially on some of the maps like paris, the islands are too far apart, mid is just a pain to get to without e-pearls and sometimes when you don't get blocks, you're pretty much just screwed.

It isn't even original in the first place and making the maps closer to each other isn't copying, as long as they create their own maps.
