So I read the new Skywars update, happening September 10th, and I think it might ruin the game.T
he reason I think this is because mace and spear don't really fall into the category of Skywars. For me, Skywars is getting combos, hitting people into the void, and using snowballs and cobwebs.
See, if the mace and spear had a Overpowered kit in Battle Arena, then I think that would be well liked, and it would be more fun.
As a Skywars main, I feel like this update just isn't meant for this game mode. If someone I had a combo on had a spear, they could completely end the combo, making the battle much more difficult. I'm not saying that I want this game mode easy for me, but I just think it would give the players with those items an unfair advantage.
I think the mace and spear would be fun to have in just Skywars chaos, but Skywars megas and all the other game modes? I just can't really see that being fun.
I also think the copper armor isn't going to be useful, because it will make fast looting more difficult, because you'll have more armor to get out of your inventory. Chainmail, Iron, and Diamond armor is just fine. Also, with all of the 22 texture packs I have (8 of them being CCG ones), I am 95% sure that copper armor doesn't have a texture, making the game look kind of weird.
As a player with a goal to get level 100 on Christmas, I feel like getting 2,500-3,000 XP everyday, makes my goal feel much more difficult with all the things I have in my day.
The new chest voting doesn't seem meant for any Skywars game mode (maybe chaos). Advanced items just don't seem right for Skywars.
What I'm trying to say is that I feel like this update doesn't fit Skywars, and its going to make it feel like it's something else. Some things about this update seem fun, but other parts of it? They just don't fit. I hope you could make some changes,
