Just wondering because a player got banned by Sentinel yesterday and I checked their bans now and it's removed and they are a ranked player and obviously known. how come they get it removed but others don't

did they have proof they werent hacking or a friend unbanned them? how do you get an unban from sentinel

Meracle was unbanned by our Anti-cheat developer as the ban was a false positive and it was proven.

how do you prove its false just wondering

Video evidence before you were banned, or if the anti-cheat developer views your logs and sees there's an issue.
