my skin won’t show up in my profile picture it just shows a random skin I’ve never used before is there anyway I can change it to my current skin ?

It is very much known yea. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. Also, it will probably be best to report this and all the other bugs you may find at: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/bedrock-bug-reports.141/. It's the best way to let the Cube team know there is something wrong with the server so that they can fix it.

Also no, there is no way you can change it manually. It's a fully automatic process.
