Bedrock No-Fill for minigames

There are multiple occasions when I and my friends want to play minigames but don't have a full party. This is annoying as it means we get randoms which a majority of just take items, sit on generators, sabotage, and or are generally bad. It's just a lot easier to be able to communicate with each teammate. I understand that having fill is sometimes nice but a lot of the time they do more bad than good. Just having the ability to choose would make the game so much more enjoyable with friends.
