Can i get a appeal for a perm mute on the server the one in 2017 got denied while it wasn’t me who was typing the appeal and got a perm mute by somebody who hacked my account ... or is it not possible to ever talk again with my emerald rank ? Or can i get a refund on my rank ?

A refund is not possible. You can only get a refund within 2 weeks after purchase.

Hello! I’m pretty certain you can’t get a refund after two weeks of purchase. Also, if by your account being hacked you mean compromised accounts, you may want to check this out. https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/guide-to-compromised-accounts.191853/
As your appeal has been denied (even though it wasn’t you who wrote it) I assume you should start a conversation with the staff member, if they are one still.
