I just got the Cyclone Helmet and already have the Swift Wand, however I am not able to fly with it due to the pocket edition controls. So I was wondering if they could implement an option to change the order of the wands powers (left and right click). Without this I can't access the NPC on top of the library in Alunore.

If you talking about the NPC that you buy the frost wand from then you can do parkour to get there.
I was talking about the NPC on top of the Library roof but I found a way up there without cyclone helmet now.
