Lucky island vote

I thought that it will be great if there was a mode on Lucky island.

there is 3 vote. unlucky, lucky, and extremely lucky

unlucky: gives you bad armor and weapon

lucky: right now

extremely lucky: gives good armor and weapon :D

I like the idea, but it needs modification. Right now I'd say it's 20/30/50 Bad/Moderate/Good Drops and all this mode should change is the rate of this, not the items itself. Bad Luck could be 50/20/30 and Good Luck Could be 10/20/70
