Resolved I don't get it

So I was reporting two people. One of them says a slur that's censored, another one says a slur that's however not censored but a different way of saying the slur ( it is a slang but obviously translates to the same result )

Below is picture 1, this report got successfully 'handled'. I reported it for swearing/bullying.

Also below is picture 2, this report got 'denied' even though it is the same slur as for report 1, just replaced with different letters to alter the synonym.

Am I blind or is picture 2 ( a different synonym or even just letters that sounds as similar to the original but censored) not bannable? Not only did the user swear but also continuosly bully me throughout the game as behaviour seen in the picture.

Hi. In the first screenshot there is a censored insult, and that is why it was immediately accepted.
In the second screenshot there is no insult, just minor toxicity. For the second screenshot to be accepted, it requires at least 3 messages that are intended to offend you.
