I didn't receive my Diamond Rank. I already Paid. HELP!

Hi,

My nickname on minecraft is : Niickx.
On black friday o bought a Diamond Rank with the 50% off.
I paid satruday throught paymentwall in my country (Colombia), in cash. For cash payments "paymentwall" sent me an e-mail with a payment code in order to pay in "efecty" a place to pay in cash,
Well, as i said, i paid, but i didn't receive yet my diamond rank. The problem is that even when i already receive a confirmation of my payment, i didn't receive my rank yet.

¿What can i do fore receive my rank? The payment is already done.
(AND YES, I ALREADY SENT AN E-MAIL TO SALES@CUBECRAFT.NET BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER ME)

I am really worried about my money, is this a scam or something? What i did wrong?
Please, somebody help me!!

I guess just be patient on the email since we can't do much.

The increased number of sales due to black Friday has led to an increased number of sales emails. If you already emailed them just be patient, they will sort your issue for you :)
