Higher quality YouTube videos?

Hey,

Does anyone here know how to get YouTube to upload videos in higher quality? Currently, my videos are on my computer at 720p and once on YouTube end up at 360p.
If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.

w10, and just using the built in w10 thing. I've tried better, but they all either take too long to load on my PC or just lag my MC to the point it's not worth it.
