Dear readers,

I would like to share a few suggestions that I believe could improve the overall quality and flow of each and every EggWars match. Some of these features may have existed in the past and were changed or removed later on. While I am not aware of the exact reasoning behind those decisions, I would be more than happy to hear any corrections or additional context.

With that said, here are my suggestions:

1. Allow voting in the pre-game EggWars lobby

To start with, I believe players should be able to vote while waiting in the EggWars lobby before the game begins. This would reduce the chances of players forgetting to vote once the match starts and give everyone enough time to make their choice in a relaxed manner.

It would also allow those players whom vote to use their ten seconds of cage time usefully, for example by analyzing the map / teams - something which most players do too!

2. Bring back visible teammates and team chat before the game starts

Secondly, I think it would be beneficial to allow players to see their teammates in the TAB-list while waiting for the match to begin in their floating cages, as well as giving them access to team chat during this time.

EggWars can become fast-paced from the very first seconds, and even a small amount of pre-game communication can make a significant difference. Allowing teammates to briefly discuss strategies beforehand could help teams coordinate more effectively.

Additionally, being able to see the members and sizes of other teams, along with their respective colours, would give players a better understanding of the match before it officially begins.

3. Allow spectators to continue using their team's chat

Lastly, I believe it would make more sense if eliminated players who are spectating could still communicate through their respective team's chat.

Even after being eliminated, a player may still want to support their teammates, share observations, or simply stay involved with their team. Allowing this would make the spectator experience feel less disconnected while still keeping communication limited to their own team.

Overall, these are relatively small changes, but I believe they could make matches feel smoother, more coordinated, and more enjoyable for everyone involved. EggWars is at its best when teamwork, communication, and quick decision-making come together, and these changes could help encourage exactly that.

Of course, these are just suggestions, and I would love to hear what others think. Perhaps there are reasons why some of these features were changed in the past, or maybe there are additional improvements that could be considered.

Thank you for taking the time to read, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Yep... that's me ! If you see me say anything bad in chat it's my lil bro, he is always trying to do dumb things, most of the times trying to get me banned. So if you ever have to play against him, good luck... you'll need it
