Bedrock hacker or glitch?

I sincerely think that person is a hacker, the jumps are very weird and it doesn't look like there is any non-loaded block there

It might be a ghost block. Cubecraft gets them a lot

Good point it being a block glitch but even so my crosshair didnt get an outline so if there was an invis. block it would of shown an outline. Also i placed my blocks on the first "invis. block" he jumped on and no problems. Also the other island connected to his also didnt have a bridge going out from his island which is also a bit more suspicious.

Should i report it as a hacker finding on cubecrafts reports? I posted this here because i dont want to ban an innocent person.

After more in depth research, i have found video evidence that that is hacking, the tweak / hack module is called "air jump" which lets you jump in the air (as the name suggests).
