Disabling global chat on Freebuild

So as we all know... Global Chat is kinda messy and gets spammed, to the point where you can't even see people chat on your server thingy.

I think it would be cool, if there was a command where you could disable global chat, cuz it gets on my nerves, and probably everyone else's.

So yeah thats it
