Where do I even begin. Many times I have reported people in-game without them being banned, ok 3 times but I don't usually report people unless they hack. 3 Times people have logged off before they get banned and I get a message saying my report was closed because the player logged off. EXCUSE ME??? You are gonna let players go on their merry way because they left knowing they will be back? Today it was about 10-15 minutes after me and other players reported them. Last time it was over an hour, the time before it was about 40 minutes until a hacker who was reported logged off. Why can we report people in-game if most of the time they don't get removed and the report is closed. Look this really frustrates me because I wanna play peacefully. I usually record the hackers but today my laptop had not enough storage to even record so after 2 pillars of fortune games with the hacker who was flying around and hitting people off the pillars, I deleted something and started recording but it was too late. All I got was screenshots in chat of them saying they are hacking and they can't get banned because they have many alt accounts and then said it was one american cent for 12 alt accounts which is probably not true. The said they use a proxy so can't get i.p. banned. Oh well, I guess they should be able to just go around hacking and playing with vulnerable players and even children who might think it's cool to hack and try it too. But who knows, maybe they will all get away with it. I tried submitting a player report for this player but guess what, you have to submit a YouTube video as evidence which I couldn't this time cos I had no storage to record. Okay I guess this player will get away with it. Not even any way to submit screenshots as evidence where they admitted to hacking. Is it just me or is anyone worried about these hackers just going around hacking and ruining people's fun while CubeCraft does nothing at all and does anyone else just think it's so stupid.

My dear friend, if you trying to prove something to cc mods It's useless, believe me. I’m being sniped every day by an entire clan of people. They’re cheaters who were previously banned because of my reports, but now they’re playing on alt accounts Via VPN and taking revenge on me. And their friends, who encourage them, say that using cheats is cool and fun, and that they do it "just bc its fun to farm me" Yeah, CubeCraft really does have serious problems with this and does nothing about it. (I've already made reports, I've been waiting for them to be reviewed for 7 days now)

Yes, people are so obsessed with me that they will snipe me with a party of 5-6 alts until I leave

I completely understand the frustration here I’m going through almost the same situation myself. Every day I get sniped by groups of players using multiple alt accounts and VPN, and they don’t even try to hide what they’re doing. They join in squads, target specific players, and openly admit that nothing will happen to them. Reporting feels pointless, because many reports get instantly closed the moment the cheater logs off, and the ones that stay open can sit for days without review.
Right now the system makes it incredibly easy for cheaters to avoid consequences:
They log off - the report closes
They use VPN - they return instantly
They create new alts -bans lose all meaning
Because of this, regular players who simply want a fair and safe environment feel completely unprotected. Even when there is clear evidence or repeated behaviour, nothing changes. And this is not a “personal complaint” this is a widespread issue that affects the entire community.
I’m not trying to attack staff, but it’s impossible to ignore the fact that the current moderation system simply doesn’t work against organized cheaters and persistent snipers. Players are losing motivation to play, and that alone should be a serious signal for the moderation leadership.
This is not an issue caused by players it’s a server-level problem that requires server-level solutions. Moderators exist to help maintain order and protect the community, and players have every right to expect tools that actually work against VPN alts, log-off evasion, and mass targeting.
We all love CubeCraft, and that’s exactly why we want it to improve. I genuinely hope that the head of moderation finally notices how serious this issue is and understands that it affects everyone, not just a few individuals. Ignoring this problem only allows it to grow.
The community needs stronger anti-cheat measures and a reporting system that doesn’t let cheaters simply walk away by disconnecting. I hope our messages help bring attention to this situation and that meaningful changes will follow.

It’s quite sad these hackers, but don’t let them get to your head I know it’s hard, but we all hate them en They’re just silly kids who think they’re funny
