There are many sources for viewing memes and normally that is where one acquires such materials. My best recommendation is to find daily sources of new and good memes because templates pop up ALL the time and the rest is just being witty, once you've viewed many many memes you'll know templates from the top of your head that would work and ideas just pop up.
