I'm currently muted, this is not a mute appeal, it's just something i noticed when I was muted.
I saw a hacker i tried to do /report (name) and give my reason to alert an admin, but my voiced has been silenced.
I don't know if your not supposed to be able to report someone whilst muted, but I believe anyway to stop hackers should be allowed.

because people whom are muted could simply spam admins/mods "/report unmute me now" or stuff like that so they simply don't allow people who are muted use that command

This is no glitch, also for what Fluffy said, but also so people who abuse /report, such as going /report Hi staff! or something useless like that, so we can prevent them from spamming us, just get video evidence and go to the report section as Morgan said if you want to help out.
