Web [BUG] Not being notified of alerts received

In the screenshot below, you can see that user Story has posted on my profile. And yet, I have not received an alert for this. Rather, I have received an alert, but I am not notified of it.

I have noticed this a few times, but assumed it would have been reported already. Is anybody else experiencing this?

This happens when you are viewing your profile and someone posts a message on your profile. You have supposedly seen the message so you don't receive the alert
