Currently, reporting player requires a rank, meaning that the majority of players can't report cheaters. The reason given for this is to avoid people spamming reports for no reason. I think that we can fix the problem of people not being able to report while avoiding spamming by allowing anyone to report but not allowing players to send reports after sending a certain amount of reports with no proof. If a player wanted to spam reports they'd have to buy more and more alternate minecraft accounts, which costs more than iron rank does.

You can also report rulebreakers on https://reports.cubecraft.net - this does not require a rank, just an account.

We don't allow everyone to use /report because of the high amount of false reports we get, this means that the actual rulebreakers will be punished a lot later because we also have to deal with the high(er) amount of false reports first. This is not ideal for us but also not for the people who encounter the rulebreaker over and over again because we are not able to handle the reports on them yet.

Players with a rank also have limited ingame reports unless they have a PLUS subscription,

This is YOUR daily dose of facts #55-
If a big or medium slime or magma cube is named with a name tag, and then dies, its smaller versions will have the same name.
