I think you need level 70+ and stone rank to unlock the grappling hook, it's really OP in hunts so we need to make it very rare to get.

Believe me, if i was let's say gold rank and i got that i would never buy emerald (It needs to be rare, and removing the cooldown is ok but make it legendary and requires level 75.)

Because I think we need more vanity items, because there are too few differences between the obsidian rank and the emerald rank.

and why do u think more vanity is more worth it to buy a rank?
they could better invest in more voting options total new features. or new games with also new voting options to make the ranks more worth it. not vanity like 5% of the people really want it. and aren't even gona use it
