Hello how i can do it

when player join to server evert time if his name (Rev)
can't move and broke any thing and can't write in chat and can't do any command until he write /Hello
pls help me fast

He's trying to use the onPlayerJoinEvent to set the BlockPlace-, BlockBreak- and PlayerMoveEvent to false. So the player can't move, break blocks nor place them unless they type the command /hello. Welp guess he managed to make it. . . So this thread is pretty unnecesary right now.
