Resolved Why have I been shadow muted?

Hi so a few days ago me and @SoloWarz3405 were playing skyblock when he said "Why arent you replying" when I was so yesterday he asked in discord and @Frontlane said Your friend has been shadow muted or something like that.
How long is it?
And
How did it happen?

Yes but it doesn't tell me what I done to get it. It just tells me who. And it doesn't say how long. And I also have good behaviour towards other people

Unfortunately there isn't really much we can do in terms of shadow mutes apart from the information we've provided you. Shadow mutes are completely out of our control and only something that Microsoft themselves issue :(

You'll need to follow the information we've provided regarding them and see what happens later
