It's a nice idea, but there will be exploitable.

what a lot of persons said before me, I like the idea but it will be abused .
example: you killed me, /warning POWER_RANGER stop killing me!.
thats going to irritate!

Why would it include special warnings like "stop killing me" the whole reason for this is to have it in different languages and to reduce the work of the translation team that means you should only have "swearing, teaming, trolling, camping, and impersonation" :P anyway I could also do that just as easily with /tell or /msg :P
