Resolved Translation of the rules page

I found a translation bug in the dutch rules page (RULES PAGE)
1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6 /1.7 /1.8 /1.9 + all the 3 and 4, ...
are items that aren't translated yet or aren't translated correctly.
I think it is inportant to translate the rules correctly in all the languages. There are a lot of Dutch translators and moderators.
It wouldn't be a problem to adjust this.

@Spoon told me this was the correct place to report any bug issues on the website or forum website
