One Year of TranslationsIt has officially been one year since the return of the CubeCraft Translation Team!
Over the past year, translators from across out community have worked together to make CubeCraft more accessible to players all around the world. From translating thousands of strings to reviewing existing translations, an incredible amount of work has gone into the project.
To celebrate the occasion, we wanted to take a look back at everything the translation community has achieved over the past year!
Across CubeCraft’s translations, we have now reached some incredible milestones:
17 languages worked on
71,747 strings approved
436,585 words translated
27% of all translations completed
72.6% completion in Spanish, our highest-completed language!There is still plenty left to translate, but every contribution brings us one step closer to making CubeCraft accessible to even more players.
A lot can happen in a year. The numbers? Let’s see what tale they tell!
Throughout the year, our translation community recorded:
127 unique contributors
81,802 contributions
2,277,579 characters worked on
33,913 editsWhether it was translating something new, improving an existing translation or reviewing the work of others, every contribution helped the project move forward.
Translation activity has changed considerably throughout the year, with some months experiencing particularly string participation from the community.
August 2026 was the most active month for community contributions, with 8,053 contributions, followed by June with with 6,936, and July with 5,970.
October 2025 saw the largest number of active contributors in a single month, with 43 people contributing to the project.
Comparing where we started to where we are now, September 2025 recorded 1,536 contributions from 20 contributors, while September 2026 recorded 3,091 from 34 contributors!
None of this would be possible without translators working across a huge variety of languages.
During the year, translators contributed across 17 different languages, helping players experience CubeCraft in their own language.
Our largest language communities include Arabic with 20 translators, Russian with 19, Spanish (Mexico) with 14, and Dutch with 13.
From some of our largest translation communities to languages supported by only one or two translators, every language and translator represents another part of the CubeCraft community helping make the server more accessible. Of course, the numbers wouldn’t exist without the people behind them.

Translation is something that can easily go unnoticed when it’s working well, but it has a very real impact on the players who can enjoy CubeCraft in a language they’re comfortable with. Every person who has contributed has played a part in making that possible. You are the reason this is possible.
We’ve accomplished an enormous amount in one year, and we’re exited to see where the next one takes us.
